    Youth Enrichment Program

The Youth Enrichment Program (YEP) is intended to close the opportunity gap for Somali-American students. Our program has a licensed teacher and volunteers that work with our students. We aim to support our students in core subjects such as reading and math to help them be at or above their grade-level standards. Our program serves students ages 4-18. Please contact us if you are interested in having your family join our program.

The parents are a vital part of their child’s success. Therefore, Hikmah aims to support parents in various aspects such as navigating the school system and obtaining access to quality resources. Our program founder, Mohamed Abdulkadir,  helps the parents to complete their county applications, reading their mails, job applications/ placement and other support the parents are seeking. Please contact us for more information.

    Join Our Team!

We always welcome volunteers. We ask that our volunteers are able to help with the program at least once a week. Volunteers will be trained before starting. If you love teaching and want to make a difference in the lives of our youth, please contact us.
